Parkinson's Boxing Club
Living with Parkinson’s?
Come join us at Northeast Community Center this May as we launch our premiere PD Boxing Club! Each class is designed to address and mitigate common symptoms of Parkinson’s with certified coaching and the latest science backed information. While every session will be a bit different, expect a group warm up, balance and agility work, speed and endurance through boxing fundamentals and lots of vocalizing. Our PD Boxing Club members will work the heavy bag, wall mount menace bag, mitts, TRX and more! This class is best suited through stage 2. We cannot wait to meet you!
