Let’s get wet! Class participants have access to locker rooms – properly fitting face coverings are required in all NECC Common Areas (such as the Lobby, hallways, etc.) and in the changing area of all locker rooms. Two classes are offered:
Water Workout –
An aerobics class in the shallow water designed to get heart rates up, improve flexibility & core strength, and have fun. Space is limited to encourage physical distancing. Participants utilize buoys, free weights, noodles, and sometimes kick boards and iron weights (all provided by the NECC).
(Unlimited) – M, W, Fri, 9-9:45a. This class does not have a limit on the number of swimmers who can attend, and no preregistration is required.
(Limited) – M, W, Fri, 9:45-10:30a. (Starting September 7, Limited classes will also be held on Tu, Thur, 1:10-1:50p)!
The Limited class is reserved for participants seeking greater physical distancing for health-related reasons. Space is limited; participation is limited to three days/week.

(Unlimited) – Sat, 9:15-10:00a. A land-based class for water workout enthusiasts! Held either in the gymnasium or under the NECC tents – Instructor’s choice. No preregistration required.
