FITNESS + MOVEMENT CLASSES
We currently offer a combination of in-person classes and virtual classes delivered through the MindBody platform. Check the schedule carefully for the location of class.

Pricing: All of these classes are included with your monthly membership, or join for a day by purchasing a drop-in day pass at our front desk. Programming that is an additional cost will be marked as “paid programming”.
Mask Requirements: Our classes are a mix of mask required and mask optional depending on the comfort of the instructor.
