This year we will be utilizing a software system which will allow you to pick and choose which days you’d like your kids to attend, view their schedules to confirm when they are and aren’t signed up for care, update your credit card information, and view your payment history and receipts.
The program we use is called MindBody. If you have used this software at another business (maybe a gym or yoga studio) or as an adult member here at the NECC, you may already have an account. Once you log in or create your account, you will then be able to connect your children as family members.
After setting up your account, you should be able to enroll your kids in the program, but the initial account creation process and connecting to family members can be a little tricky so we are predicting some of you will run into technical trouble. Our Front Desk staff are not involved in the administration of the After School Time program, so if you have any problems or need to make modifications to your child’s schedule, please reach out to Ava (youth@necommunitycenter.org) or Elizabeth (operations@necommunitycenter.org).
Fall: September 5th, 2023 to November 30th, 2023 (Billing on 9/5, 10/1, 11/1, split into 3 equal payments)
Winter: December 1st, 2023 to February 29th, 2024 (Billing on the first of each month split into 3 equal payments)
Spring: March 1st, 2024 to June 11th, 2024 (Billing on the first of each month split into 4 equal payments)
Common Error Message: “A Mindbody account with this email already exists” If you run into this error, you already have an account, and will need to go back to the Sign In page and use the forgot password feature.
When you log in, MindBody may prompt you to choose which family member’s account you want to use.
Once you choose an account to use, you can toggle between them. You will need to do this to: sign up multiple children, view your children’s schedules, update your payment information, and access enrollment. You can switch between family members by clicking your name in the top right corner, and then clicking the others listed in the drop down.
If you logged in to a previously set up account but don’t see your children under relationships. Follow these steps to add them:
Payment Option 1. If you would like to be charged by the month, are a participant in the Community Fund, or are enrolling Mon-Fri and need the weekly discount to be applied:
Payment Option 2. If you would like to pay for the entire season upfront and are not taking place in full-week discounted pricing:
When you enroll you will have the ability to pay for the entire session up front, or sign up as unpaid so you can take part in our regular monthly payment plan.
Billing happens on the first of each month (with the exception of Sept. 5). Billing will be split into equal amounts each month.
Those participating in the payment plan will have their enrollment fees broken up monthly. Billing will be split into equal amounts each month. We take all of the days a child is signed up each season and divide it by the number of months in the season.
Families participating in The Community Fund will have their fees adjusted based on their regular percentage reduction.

In order to receive a credit for a future After School Time enrollment, you must withdraw your child from After School Time at least 2 business days prior to the day of care. Credit expires at the end of the school year.
If you withdraw your child from After School Time fewer than 2 business days prior, we will not be able to issue a credit. Exceptions if your child is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or has COVID-19, as kids are not allowed to visit the NECC if they have COVID-19.
*ACH Payments – While we do have the ability to take ACH payments, the system will not allow you to update that from your customer account. Please reach out to Ava or Elizabeth if you would like to update or add your checking account info.
