Strength, Flexibility & Mobility

This Strength, Flexibility, Mobility (SFM) program is designed to open joint mobility, increase flexibility, and create core and focused muscle strength so you stay happy and mobile this winter.
Foam Roller + Trigger Point Release
12:00-1:00pm
Learn an invaluable program that you can take home to use before and after intensive exercise! Practice techniques for trigger point release, muscle pain and tension using tools like balls and a foam roller. Experience shifts in tight muscle relief, joint mobility, and increased flexibility. Your body will thank you! Balls are provided, please bring a foam roller.
