FULL BODY WORKOUT GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
The annex is a multi-use facility of the NECC Community Center. It can hold fitness classes, youth camps as well as, trainings and workshops. Mainly, it is a safe space where people come and train with our community to stay active, healthier and achieve their fitness goals. The annex offers daily group fitness classes as well as by appointment personal training services and specialized small group training.

IN-PERSON, ON-DEMAND + VIRTUAL
This group fitness class is designed to challenge you and inspire you! Led by certified Personal Trainers, each day, we will focus on a different goal and accomplish those as a Community! Come as you are, we will take thru a fitness journey! Classes focus includes: Power, Core, Balance, Speed/Quickness/Agility & Partner.
Class Length: 45 Minutes
SMALL GROUP TRAININGS:
