Activities for Teens
Anyone over the age of 13 is welcome to participate in our regular fitness programming. These classes, just for teenagers, were created to foster social connection, community building, and self-confidence through movement. The Teen Exercise class will be held virtually until the Governor’s shut down order is lifted.
When classes are held in person again everyone is required to wear a properly fitting mask and participant will remain 6-feet from one another for the duration of class. Sanitation protocols related to COVID-19 will be followed. Participants will have their own equipment for the duration of the class or equipment will be thoroughly sanitized between use.
All of these activities require advanced registration. Scroll down for instructions on how to use our new registration system.
