Activities for Teens
The teen years are challenging. We can help bolster self confidence and more. Together we’ll work through the challenges and conquer stress with a fun and interesting workout tailored for the group. We will help improve physical condition and feel better. Benefits include improved coordination and flexibility, core development, self-confidence, increased muscle strength.
Classes include functional exercises using body resistance, drills, games and music that are age appropriate and always make fitness fun!
Registration Opens 6:30am: Members – Tuesday, March 3 | Non-Members – Thursday, March 5

FEE: Members $75 | Non Members $90
DATES: May 4 – June 3 (does not meet on Memorial Day)
