Activities for Teens
Fitness for teens (13-17 yrs.). Fun group trainings for teens! Benefits include improved coordination and flexibility, core development, self-confidence and increased muscle strength. Classes include functional exercises using body resistance, drills, games and music that are age appropriate and always make fitness fun! Through physical activity we can help bolster self confidence, conquer stress and more.
DAY/TIME: Mon & Wed 4:15-5:15pm

FEE: Members $75 | Non Members $90
DATES: May 4 – June 3 (does not meet on Memorial Day)
