Bootcamp is geared towards increasing your performance in sports, activities and life! We offer a free trial workout to all first time participants Sara will educate you on basic to advanced weight training concepts that can be modified to fit your abilities and interests

Certified Personal Trainer and a lover of movement in all forms. She explores this passion through being a dancer, personal trainer, and Pilates, yoga, barre, and fitness instructor. Heather’s focus is on form and facilitating a deeper awareness of the body. Her experience in a variety of different formats enables her to approach goals from many different perspectives. Heather is excited to work with you to achieve your fitness goals.
Certified Personal Trainer and a believer that training at the gym or at home should always be an empowering experience. One you walk away from feeling like you’ve overcome something challenging, made progress towards your goal, and learned a little bit more about how your body works. I work closely with all of my clients to find a routine and plan of action that is not only realistic and workable, but also one that will leave them with the tools they need to be successful on their own. Because empowerment starts with knowledge, and I want everyone to walk away from our session feeling energized and excited for the places they’ll go and things they’ll do with this new understanding and appreciation for the AMAZING body they were given.
Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. As a trainer, Zach will work with you to establish and pursue your goals. His expertise in in effective movement patterns, varied and interesting workouts, and establishing healthy action patterns outside the gym. People from all walks of life can and will find a path to a better life with fitness coaching. He’s excited to join the team at Northeast Community Center, and to help you be your best.
