Adult Ballet – Strength & Grace
Learn fundamental ballet vocabulary and proper execution of graceful ballet steps while performing exercises to strengthen, lengthen and tone muscles; improve balance; and develop a strong core. Non-traditional ballet music will push the class and keep the energy flowing.

Cardio Dance Party
A heart-pumping dance party for all levels designed for you to have fun while dancing to World Wide tunes.
Help your body maintain its aerobic fitness level without pushing too deep into the fatigue zone. This is a great workout when you do not feel like working out, or a program that will take you a step or two further into your fitness journey. Stepp is optional.
Dance and aerobic movements are performed to energetic movement in this Latin-inspired dance fitness program. Choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa,merengue, and mambo, as well as squats and lunges. Zumba® has become a cardio go-to class for people of all shapes, sizes, and ages.
