Adult Ballet – Strength & Grace
Learn fundamental ballet vocabulary and proper execution of graceful ballet steps while performing exercises to strengthen, lengthen and tone muscles; improve balance; and develop a strong core. Non-traditional ballet music will push the class and keep the energy flowing.
AGES: 13 and up

Low impact class that uses weights and bands with body weight resistive exercises designed for all levels of fitness.
Cardio Dance Party
A heart-pumping dance party for all levels designed for you to have fun while dancing to World Wide tunes.
This class is a rigorous interval training sequence wtih high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. Participants are challenged to push ther limits and walk out feeling strong.
Step it Up!
An energizing workout using a height-adjustabl step and simple movements on, over, and around the step. Cardio and muscular conditioning
A Latin-inspired dance fitness program! Dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa,merengue, and mambo.
For those who want to party but also put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define muscles! The challenge of using Zumba Toning Sticks (or light weights) helps you focus on specific muscle groups.
