Participants will visit the French Quarter in New Orleans, take a cruise through Louisiana’s beautiful Honey Island Swamp, travel to Memphis and learn about its musical heritage and history, visit the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, and tour the historic RCA Studio B and other attractions. For more information, contact AOA Director, Kathy Foote, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The following classes are included with NECC Membership. Non-Members and guests are welcome to attend with payment of a daily drop-in fee. Registration is not required but encouraged.
AOA Aerobics – Gymnasium

AOA Circuit Training – Fitness Room
This class is designed to build strength by working the major muscle groups of the body through resistance or weight training exercise. (1-hour free equipment orientation is a prerequisite for this class – see the Front Desk for more information)
Tues/Thurs 10:30 am – 11:30 am
Deep Water Workout
A low-impact workout held in neck-deep water, typically in the deep end of the pool with a flotation device (some classes utilize the shallow end for stretching). NECC provides noodles, hand buoys, and optional free weights.
