Fridays                   5:30pm - 6:45pm

Saturdays           10:15am - 11:30am

Sundays             10:00am - 11:15am



The emphasis is on building a strong and flexible core while creating long and lean muscles. The benefits of Yoga also include stress reduction, balance, and focus.
