Small Group Training – Members Only
Small Group Training is a cost-effective opportunity to receive individualized instruction from a personal trainer. Small groups are limited to 6 participants, run for 6 weeks, and often focus on a specific training goal.

Zach Ovall is a certified personal trainer and fitness coach. As a trainer, Zach will work with you to establish and pursue your goals. His expertise in in effective movement patterns, varied and interesting workouts, and establishing healthy action patterns outside the gym. People from all walks of life can and will find a path to a better life with fitness coaching. He’s excited to join the team at Northeast Community Center, and to help you be your best.
Kimberly loves helping people adopt health habits for the sake of health and well-being. There is nothing that beats the feeling after a good, fun workout and she wants to share that with NECC members. Kimberly is a ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Running Coach. She has experience working with a wide variety of populations including strength and conditioning, endurance training, injury prevention, wellness coaching, post natal fitness, and active older adults.
Heather Powers is a certified personal trainer and a lover of movement in all forms. She explores this passion through being a dancer, personal trainer, and Pilates, yoga, barre, and fitness instructor. Heather’s focus is on form and facilitating a deeper awareness of the body. Her experience in a variety of different formats enables her to approach goals from many different perspectives. Heather is excited to work with you to achieve your fitness goals.
