Be part of the NECC's 2nd Annual Summer Arts and Crafts Festival.  Sell your arts and crafts while you earn some good karma points helping this great historic community center.

Time:	Set-up at 9:15 AM, Sale begins at 10:30 AM, Sale closes at 5:00 PM
Fees:	$50 refundable Deposit (to reserve your table space) Artist receive 80% of their proceeds, with the remaining proceeds directly benefiting the NECC,  in support of the Center's programs and activities

WHO SHOULD APPLY?
We are looking for original artwork in a broad range of media - from painting to fiber art, ceramics to glass, jewelry to handbags, knitwear to mixed media.  Established and emerging artists are highly encouraged to apply.  This is a great place to show and sell your work.  Artwork must be produced by the artist applying to the sale.  Approximately 60 artists total will be selected for the 2nd Annual Summer Arts and Crafts Festival. 

BACKGROUND
This year the festival has expaned; in addition to the arts and crafts sales, the event will begin with a fun-walk through the Hollywood District at 9:30 am.  From 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM festival goers will enjoy arts and crafts, food, music and activities for the family.  This appeal to a broader audience will bring more exposure for the Community Center's activites and programs and to your work!

Located in the heart of Hollywood district, the NECC exudes community spirit.  NECC is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of health and life in our community.  We provide a safe, clean environment where Portland residents of all ages and backgrounds participate in recreational, educational, and physical activities in a climate of mutual respect and friendship.  The NECC staff and volunteers serve a diverse and involved membership whose needs are met through programs that strengthen our community.  Your support will allow us to continue that role, and expand it as we serve children, families, seniors and others.  We hope that you will participate in the Arts and Crafts Festival and share in the community spirit!
