Q: Can I park at NECC?
A: We have a parking lot across the street from the building that is free for members. If you are a member, please ask the front desk for a pass!
If you are not a member, street parking is available along NE Broadway Street (North side of the building), and the KeyBank lot (off of Cesar E Chavez Blvd and Broadway) is available after their hours:
M-F after 5:00pm, Sat. after 1:00pm, Sun. all day. **Please do not use Starbucks’ parking lot.

Q: Can I put my membership on hold?
A: Up to one time per year, you may request to suspend your membership for 1-3 consecutive months if a medical problem, temporary relocation, or vacation keeps you from NECC. For forms or more information, please see the front desk. Holds must be requested at least 14 days in advance.

Q: Can I use a locker?
A: Free Day-use lockers are available in each locker room. Members and Guests must supply their own lock. Monthly and yearly rentals are also available – please see front desk for details.
