NECC Mission Statement
The Northeast Community Center is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of health and life in our community. We provide a safe, clean environment where Portland residents of all ages and backgrounds participate in recreational, educational and physical activities in a climate of mutual respect and friendship. The NECC staff and volunteers serve a diverse and involved membership whose needs are met through programs that strengthen our community. |
